Recovery mode ticket

Hi.. one of the plugins caused a critical error and when I tried to deactivate it via the token sent to my email, the token seems to have expired. I had cleared cookies and browser history so this may have affected it.. is there a way to request for a new token to access my admin panel?
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Yes

Hi there,
Looks like you need to contact the plugin author to request that. If you let me know the plugin name I might be able to find who makes it and how to contact them.

Thanks. It looks like there’s a support forum for that plugin over on WordPress.org:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woo-product-filter/
But while it’s the plugin that’s causing the critical error, it sounds like you’re having problems with accessing the dashboard itself. If you’re not able to log in via the email link for any reason, you can also disable the problematic plugin via other methods, e.g. directly in the database via PHPMyAdmin, or by deleting the plugin folder from the server via FTP. You can find the WordPress.org support page outlining these methods here:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/
For help accessing PHPMyAdmin or FTP, you’ll want to contact your hosting provider directly.
You can also reach the general WordPress.org forums for more advice on this here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You’ll need to create a WordPress.org user account before you can post there – neither your WordPress.com account nor your site’s admin user account can be used to log in on WordPress.org.
