  I am the owner of the above mentioned website, however, I am locked out from that website as the email I used for the account expired as it was my university account and I have graduated. I want to restore back my account.

  Perhaps your other account was https://wordpress.com/forums/users/ecstatic/. You can still log in with the username ecstatic.
