Recovery of an Institutional Account
-
Good morning,
My name is Vanessa, i’m a research from Laboratory of Present Time History, and me and my professors, are requesting help to recover access to the website https://tempopresenteuem.wordpress.com/, which is an institutional website belonging to the Tempo Presente Laboratory (LabTempo), linked to the History Department at the State University of Maringá (UEM), Brazil.
At that time, we dosen’t have an institutional email address, which contributed to the loss of access. However, we now have an official institutional email.
The website was created in 2015 for academic and institutional purposes. Over time, due to staff changes, the laboratory lost access to the original login credentials. We have contacted the original creators, but they no longer have access to or remember the email address or username associated with the account.
We don’t have access to other verification information such as transaction ID, activation email, or two-factor authentication codes. Therefore, providing institutional documentation is currently the only way we can demonstrate ownership of the website.
This website is an important institutional and historical record of our laboratory’s academic activities. We are able to provide an official institutional declaration signed by faculty members and verification through our institutional email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).
We are available to provide any additional information required.

It looks like this could be the username. https://wordpress.com/forums/users/laboratriodeestudosdotempopresenteuem/
Hopefully the original creator wrote down the password and then you can regain access with username and password. Once you have access make sure you update the email address associated with the site.
