recovery of deleted blog name only
-
Hello, I did read that the blog cannon be recovered. Is the answer still same?
I have created a blog, and instantly deleted it, because I wanted to create it under a new account, but it’t not available now :( Can your recover just the name at least please? -
No, I’m sorry. Unfortunately, you deleted the site http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ rather than deleting the content in the site http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
Deleting a blog URL is not easily done and multiple warnings that deletion is intended to be permanent and non-reversible are given all along the way.
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

P.S. Note that if you had not deleted the blog you could have transferred it to another username account. The process is described at http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
