Recovery of expired domain – now in "Redemption Period"

Dear Support,
I have accidentally allowed my domain to expired – having not noticed the renewal emails.
As far as I can see the Domain is now in the Redemption Period – and I understand there is an $80 charge to recovery this.
I am happy to pay this charge – please could you let me know what the steps are to recover the domain?

Hello Lottie,
I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Once we receive your payment I can email our domain provider to try and recover the domain.

Thank you – however I had to change the email address on my account, the old one was to a Domain I no longer use (which is why I didn’t get the renewal notices…).
Please could you re-send the payment request to the new email address now on my account? I’ll get this paid straight away…
