Recovery of Post Edit

  Hello WordPress team,

  Tonight from arount 12am midnight until around 1.40am I was editing a post, ‘Taiwandering #5: In which I made a video staring a small black spider’, when my browser window shut down unexpectedly. I’ve been unable to locate the edit history or recover the changes made.

  Hi Anna,

  Unfortunately, I can’t find the post in our system. If it wasn’t saved as a draft throughout we wouldn’t be able to recover. I’m so sorry.

  Hi Grace,

  All good, when I opened up post’s edit function today There was a notification on the right-hand side giving me the option to restore the previous edit.
