Recovery of site ownership (3)

Hello,
The account recovery team has still not been in touch with me. This is a follow-up of the query posted a month ago: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/recovery-of-site-ownership-2/
As I had explained in that query, I am not even sure my form was properly received because of the difficulties with the validating information required. Would it be possible to check that my form was well received? If not, how can I submit this information to the team?

I don’t see any recovery form submission from you in our system, so it might not have gone through.

I also contacted the IT team to perhaps re-create the old email adress that no longer exists, but they are not prepared to do that.
I recommend strongly encouraging them to do that, this is really the simplest way forward.
They _can_ create the email address for just a day (it sounds like they just don’t want to?) and then all you have to do is this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#password-reset-process
If they still aren’t willing to do that, please try https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form again.

I already contacted the IT team many times and they really do not want to do that: they say (response in February) ” i’m afraid we will not be able to reinstate the email address as we are not the owners of that email address. Due to Information Governance, the email address cannot be allocated to anyone else. I am sorry that I am unable to help you with this.” There is little I can do.
I have tried the recovery form, but as I said in the thread n.2 in July, I cannot fully submit this form, because I do not have the validating information. Please could you get in touch with me at my email address, and I’ll send you the details of the form. I have been through this in July, and was asking to check that the form had been received, as I suspected it did not go through.
