Recovery password email don't arrive

    Hi,
    i’m trying to login to my blog https://micromonolocale.wordpress.com/ with the username it was asociated (different from the one i’m using now) and i can’t remember the password.
    When i ask for an email recovery no mail comes into my mail to make the reset.

    what can i do? i’m kinda desperate!

    Hi there,

    Do you still have access to the email address you used for that site? Please make sure the emails aren’t going to spam, or if you’re using Gmail, also check the Social and Updates folder.

    Hi, thank you for your reply but honestly it’s kinda useless.

    Yes i have access to the email associated with the account and yes i look into the spam/social/update/trash but the email does not arrive, that’s the problem.

    I can’t use any of he other methods mentioned in your link (i already knew the procedure) because i don’t have any transaction ID (it’s a free wp blog) and no activation email (i opened it in 2008 so can’t reach this email).

    The real problem is to figure WHY the reset mail does not arrive to my account, anyone could help?????

    That email address is associated with the account you’re currently using to contact us (@samuelstopdown).

    The site you’re trying to access is owned by another account and has a different email address.

    i know that the mail i gave you is associated with my current account but i was sure also the other one was.
    In any case, the username i always used to access the blog is endo03, maybe was associated with the mail (email visible only to moderators and staff) ? or is it possible to know on which mail is associated my endo03 account?
