Recovery WordPress Account with Lost Access

  I have lost the access to WordPress account due mobile number deactivated by company. An Account was set up to factor authentication, I didn’t print security codes, authenticator was deinstalled on my phone. I found the formular to request but there is an option required to fill up activation of the Word Press by registration link. the Mail which I registrated, I didn’t backup, is also not function anylonger in company gg.pl from 2013 ,so I am little bit stuck , in it link of my writings at Word Presses : https://da.gravatar.com/amourcratez . Is Any one knows the recovery stuff? Is it possible to “update” rulle for recovery?
