  Hey! We have encountered upgrading our website to a new version. After that, the appearance of the website and the webshop changed that it is no longer useful. Now we want to restore it to the old version

  is your site perhaps self-hosted? There is not “new version” to upgrade to in WordPress.com.

  Your site does indeed seem to be hosted by one.com.
  You will need to head over to the WordPress.org forums for help, as these forums are only for sites hosted by WordPress.com
