  Hi there,

  The site palermosj.edu.co appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

  However, if you have access to the server control panel through your web host, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through the steps:

  Also, you may wish to contact your hosting support team for direct assistance. I checked to see where the site is hosted, but it is privately listed. But, hopefully you can reach out to the site host, as they would be able to assist you in regaining access to your account.
