Hello everyone,

I appeal to you because I am a novice in the manipulation of wordpress, I have difficulty for several months, and I just realized that a community is behind WP, so I appeal to you :)

So here I explain my problem, I have my wp .com and apparently the domain name is also available FR and already paid (if I understand correctly) my concern is that I can not activate it when we go on the .FR extension it gives a page 404.

I would like the site to be active on the .FR

Could you help me please?

I see you have mapped the synergie-bienetre.fr domain to the same site as https://synergie-bienetre.com/ is that what you mean?

If so, you’ll need to change the name servers through the domain registrar for synergie-bienetre.fr to:
```
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.com
```

Hi there,

I checked your domain synergie-bienetre.fr and it is not yet registered. In order to use that domain, you need to register it first. All you have done so far is map it which will not work.

Please follow these instructions to register the domain:

Register a New Domain

Ok thanks, i will try, in fact i am lead into error because when i go on my admin page, the domain appear on the list with a mention renewed in may 2020 so i was thinking it’s already mine

Hello there,

What you see in the first image is the domain mapping, click on Ajouter un domaine and then add the domain to your site.

I’ve just removed the mapping for you, since the domain is apparently not registered currently. Can you try again to purchase the domain?

Yes, it’s working and it redirects to synergie-bienetre.com which is currently your primary domain. If you want to make synergie-bienetre.fr your primary domain go to Mon site > Gérer > Domaines, click on the Modifier principal button and select the .fr domain.
