Hi, i bought the domain tantrayogacanada.com on february 20th this year. I cannot see it at the moment in the purchase section of my account. I want to know where is it? Did it expire, as i remember that i bought it for one year. Thank you

I just took a look and unfortunately, it seems that we don’t have any record of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into. But don’t worry, we still want to help you out as much as we can.
The domain in question was purchased under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into (@pierrelucdalpe). You’ll need to log out of this account and into the correct one to manage the domain and website associated with it.
If you don’t remember the login information for the account you used to purchase the upgrades, you’ll need to look up the original transaction from February in your bank statements and provide us with the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ . This will help us to identify ownership of the account and help you regain access to it.
To find the transaction ID, you can check your bank statement for the charge with WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code.
For example: WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
If you only see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.

Thank you, i identified the transaction in my bank account and put all the information there. They found the transaction that says that i bought tantrayogacanada.com domain. And then when i click on view the receipt, it leads me to the purchase page of my account and it says that they could not find the receipt. Please help. Thank you

Also, I do not own any other account on wordpress.com. And I received the confirmation of my domain being ready via the email that i’m using in the only account I have. Find here a copy of the email i received on february 20th.:

I. Domain Transfer Lock should be unlocked.
II. Domain Privacy should be disabled.
III. Domain should be older than 60 days
IV. Domain should not be expiring within 7 days (5-7 days )
V. Domain should not be in redemption period.
VI. You need a EPP code, or AUTH code from your current registrar.
