Recurring issue with menus on my wordpress site

I’m not sure why this keeps happening but nearly once a month my main header breaks. I use the standard wordpress menu to manage my header menu. Sometimes it just decides to turn into a bulleted list and breaks all the framing and settings. The links still work and even in the editor it looks how it should but on all my live site pages as well as in the theme editor menu it looks 100% broken and it even gets in the way of using the site correctly.

    my website is sudnimpactgym.com

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

hey Miguel , it looks like your nav menu breaks on both large and small screens (PC and Phone) where it should breaks on Phone and Tablet ,to solve this , you have to go to elementor settings ,site settings ,layout ,breakpoints ,and adjusted or make or reset it to default , i hope this will get it fixed .
