Hi there I have not been receiving reminders about my account and it has just renewed again and I thought it had been cancelled last year. The business is not live anymore and I really don’t have the funds to pay it. Plus my account didn’t have my latest debit card on my account but it still came through to my bank? So please can you help me to get it reimbursed? Thanks

Hello thank you for coming back to me so quickly. My nephew has the login details for feetfixation.com so do these help you? I tried to close the account last year and the emails go to my nephew instead of me so I can’t see how to stop the payment in advance of it being taken out of my bank and I am positive my last bank card was listed not my recent one. So I don’t see how they charged me.

I appreciate your help, But if wordpress actually had a customer service desk that would be helpful. I am not running that site anymore so I just want to delete it.
Can I remove messages from the forum?
