  I was charged $51 for a recurring personal plan. I would like to request a refund for this charge AND no additional charges!

  Hello! I went in and checked your account, I do not see any purchases or recent transactions in it.

  If you were recently charged, can you help me with a screenshot of the transaction (displaying the transaction ID)? That will help us trace the transaction. Thanks.

  The transaction ID was [REDACTED]. I have a screenshot of the I’ll need to start a charge-back if it isn’t removed.
