    Hi, I have not used my website domain air several mo the and just got an email regarding a recurrent payment to maintain the domain. I do not wish to continue and would like to be refunded the amount as I was unaware that this was going to happen. Thanks

    Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.ORG account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

      Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto-renew.
