Recycle blog url

  I am trying to recycle a blog url from over two years ago which I deleted in early 2014. It says that it is reserved. https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ says that after two years this is possible. Blog is onefaithgospel.wordpress.com

  Any explanation why this is not working? Or how can it be enabled? Thanks
