  I READ “Recycling Blog Addresses (URLs)” policy and understand reason why the policy is, and remains. Nevertheless, Can’t I reuse address that I deleted? It was owned by me, owner, so I think that recycling blog address has no problem if new owner same to old owner.

  You can use a similar name (url) by adding a number before or after, using text-speak, or substituting a number for a letter. There are many ways to make a similar name…
