Recycling blog url

  Some-days ago I deleted my blog – kishlaya.wordpress.com due to some of own personal reasons.
  But now those reasons are no more and I want to create a new blog with same name – kishlaya.wordpress.com .
  But when I create a blog with this name it says that – “this site already exists”. Please help me out.
  (Note : The blog kishlaya.wordpress.com was my own blog and no one else’. You can cross check also for your verification.)

  Whether or not it was your blog, the deletion is permanent and irreversible, as the multiple warnings say.

  No I just want to create a new blog with the same name…
  I don’t want to recover the previous blog.

  The URL is what you deleted, so the URL cannot be used again. You can create a new blog with a whatever.wordpress.com URL and name it anything you want, but you can’t use that URL again.
