Red box appears when ever I click and drag over a box and I can no longer type.

    It’s as simple as the says. But I constantly click and drag to highlight text and whenever I drag outside of the text box in the stock WordPress.com editor, a red box appears around the block and I can no longer type in that block. My instinct is to double click near some text but nothing happens. I have to refresh the page in order to be able to type again, on any block. It’s a weird situation. I don’t know how to explain it but it’s been really getting on my nerves. Happens in both Chrome and Safari.
