  Sometimes staff have time to read these posts as they come in. Sometimes they are too busy to read them right away. The point that needs to absorbed here is that Volunteers answer forum questions and Volunteers do not have backend access to blogs. Technical questions that require backend fixes from staff like this one must be sent to staff http://wordpress.com/contact-support/
