  I recently cancelled my domain as I was unsure how to use WordPress, but want to give it another try. Am I able to redeem my domain ‘laurenmariekennedy.com’ please? Thanks!

  Hi there!

  Canceling a domain does not make it immediately available to repurchase elsewhere. However, if you want to give us a try again, buy an annual plan, skip the domain option, and update us here.

  Once that plan is in place, we can restore the domain to your account.

  Otherwise, you can wait five days after cancellation to repurchase the domain.

  Hi again, I’m thinking about upgrading to the Business package and it says there is credit available to me as I already paid for Premium. How do I use this credit at checkout as a discount? Thanks!

  This is applied automatically when the upgrade is added to the basket.

  I can see this has already been added, and so this can be seen and completed here.

  Thank you! I wasn’t sure.
  
  I was going to upgrade to use ‘elementor’ which I see is good for portfolio building, since my site is for artwork and keeping a blog, I thought this would be best. I’d like to be able to add different themes and plugins more generally though.

  Ah awesome – that sounds really cool. Elementor works really well with a theme called Astra.
