Hi Rachel – I have emailed you a payment request for the cost of the domain plus the redemption fee. Once you have paid, please reply to this thread and I’ll contact our registrar to restore your domain. Thank you!

Hi there! I went ahead and paid to restore the domain. Thanks for following up on my behalf.

Hi Rachel – Thanks very much. I contacted our registrar, but the domain has now been released back onto the open market. So, great news! I’ve refunded your $80 fee and given you $26 in paid credits so that you can now register the domain again as a new domain.
To register the domain, go to Store->Domains and follow these directions:

Eurello…great news! Thanks for getting back to me. So all of my content will return as normal after I renew and retrieve my domain?

Hi Rachel – Yep, I see you’ve registered the domain again, but to clarify, your content was always there at the themarryingtypedotcom.wordpress.com. You don’t lose your content if your domain expires, but sometimes it’s not visible if the expired domain is still primary, because the underlying URL is still redirecting to the expired domain.
