  Hi there,

  Please check your email for the reply we sent you last week Friday with a link to pay for the domain’s redemption, and reply there if you have any questions.

  
  @smitsahatiya, as I also asked you last week, please tag ALL threads regarding expired domains for staff. Domain expirations are time sensitive, so we need to deal with them quickly. And it’s not something someone can do on their own, so pointing them to that support page but not tagging the thread for staff is the same as just not helping the user at all.

  Please review our volunteer guidelines regarding when to tag a thread for staff.
