  That domain expired two months ago and is in the redemption period. It is now more complicated and costly to recover that domain. Although the title of your thread is clear enough I have added a modlook tag to ensure a member of staff to assists you with this promptly.   Our domain provider charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. We’ll also need you to agree to that fee before we can get the process started.
