  Hello, I let this site expire in December and need to restore the domain and renew for another year. Please advise how to proceed

  Hi there!

  It looks like your domain was removed from our end, and it can be registered as a new domain.

  That means you can upgrade your site to the WordPress.com Personal plan (which you previously had on the site) and use the free domain credits to register the domain again. Note that the free domain credit is only available with the yearly plan.

  Once you’ve upgraded using the link below, please follow the steps here to register a new domain. You can register the domain again as it’s now available for registration.
