redemption of expired domain

  Hi, I’m trying to redeem an expired domain and reactivate it but all messages that I send to support I get back a standard answer explaining what happened with my domain which I already understood. What I will need now is to really get to the next step to get my domain and website back running. Thanks. Elisa
