  Hi there,

  I checked and endecollective.com is now in a redemption period. The charge is a $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $18 we charge to renew the domain. Please confirm here if you agree to pay the fees and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.

  I think another support person has already started the process? I spoke with someone over chat. They said that they would email me details to recover the account. I will follow up with you shortly to let you know if I’ve received it or not.

  Awesome – how long does it normally take to receive the renewal information via email? Just wondering if I should be on the look out within hours or days.

  Ok, so I have paid the renewal fee and site fee. How do I complete the process for making my site live again? Is this automatic or do I need to do anything?

  Also, the DNS maps to squarespace.

  Hi there,

  I checked and the staff that you talked to received notification that you paid the fee and has already contacted our registry partner in regards to restoring your domain. The process usually takes 24 hours of less for them to notify us about the restoration. I am sure that they will email you back once they hear the domain is ready to go for you.
