Redemption period domain recovery

Good morning,
unfortunately my domain nelsonferrigno.com, bought within a plan, expired and I would like to recover it. I know that I have to pay an extra fee and I need to recover the domain as soon as possible. Could you please help me doing this procedure so I can renovate the domain?

It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the recovery process started.
Otherwise the only option is to wait for the redemption phase to run its course and hope no one else buys it the moment it becomes available to buy again.
If your ok with it we can tag the staff to get the procedure started :)

nelsonferrigno.com expired on 2017-01-26 and is currently in the redemption period:
The good news is that you can still try to recover your domain as it has not yet been deleted, purchased by someone else at auction or sold on back-order. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the plan cost (which includes the domain). Can you confirm which plan you would like to use? You can choose any of our paid plans:

If you agree to these costs I can generate a payment request for the amount. Once that has been paid, we can start the process of trying to get your domain back. Should the recovery fail after you’ve paid the redemption fee, that fee is refunded in full.
If you do not want to pay the fee, you can wait until the domain is released but you may not be able to get it back if it is purchased at auction during this time.
Acting quickly is important if you do want to try and recover the domain, so please let me know what you would like to do as soon as you can.

Hi, it’s ok for me to pay the fee. Honestly, I don’t need one of these plans anymore so it’s possible to just pay the fee and renew the domain without buying a plan? Because I was transferring the domain to a different hosting, so I don’t really need the plan.

Good news! We were able to recover the domain and it is now active on your account.
Our registrar has placed a lock on the domain so I’ve contacted them and asked for it to be removed. I’ll let you know when they’ve done so and you can begin the transfer.

Seems like the transfer was refused because of a 60 days block on the domain.
Is it possible? -

Can you try and start the transfer again? You originally purchased it in 2016 so there should be no 60 day transfer lock.
