Redeption Period

Hi there I believe my blog is in the redemption period. How do I issue payment to get it back up and running?
This is the message I’m seeing in the back end:
404 Not Found
The server can not find the requested page:sansa.asmallorange.com/~caribchi/wp-admin/ (port 80)
Please forward this error screen to sansa.asmallorange.com’s WebMaster. -
What is the URL of the exact site in question re: expiration starting with http://?
Are you referring to a site hosted by wordpress.COM or not?

Type the URL in here to determine who the domain name registrar for the URL is https://www.whois.com/whois/
Know that WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. For some reason word press doesn’t recognize the zallamby log in:( I’ve even tried to do a reset pass and it it’s saying “Unable to reset password

hello, I hope i can get some help here. I’m using google platform as host, i created my site using wordpress. I am unable to access wordpress admin. http://104.197.122.154/wp-admin/ , I tried to reset my password, hoping I will receive a link., nope, so I cannot make correction to my site. thanks

I’m sorry, but we weren’t able to find a user with that login information.Please try resetting the password using the username zallamby If that doesn’t work, let me know and I can send an email to the address we have on file for that account.
