redesign and transfer to a new theme

  We need to redesign our blog so there is a top menu and separate page for each interview. This isn’t possible with our current theme Quentin. So to transfer to Thesis, can we start a new design in a sub folder, get it all ready, and transfer everything over? With essentially a second blog, will the existing media gallery be available to load everything in? Is there a better way to do this?

  Are you wanting to transfer your blog to a self-hosted WordPress.org instance?

  We don’t have support for the Thesis theme framework at WordPress.com, but you can probably find a theme that will let you do what you want without transferring.

  You can browse through all our wonderful themes either through our Theme Showcase or directly in your Dashboard at the Appearance > Themes section.
