Redirect
-
I really need some help on a puzzling situation. In WordPress under the Redirect tab I selected Redirect to a URL for the Redirect Type and after tying the following and placing it in the URL box: http://www.istincs.com/free-8a-Eligibility-questionnair the content is displayed perfectly on my website but after a few minutes I’m finding that it’s not saving the URL for some reason. When I go back into WordPress and look at the URL box it’s empty after I have updated the information I don’t understand why this is happening can someone please help me?

This is probably something that staff is going to have to look into for you since we volunteers do not have backend access. Contact staff directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ .

@TSP – given that they have been a member for all of one hour with no blog attached to their user name – odds seem to me they are a .ORG install and are in the wrong forum.

That occurred to me as well, but there is no redirect tab in a self-hosted blog although they could have some sort of plugin I guess.
Perhaps they will come back and shed some light, or perhaps not.
