Hi Is it possible to only redirect my domain which i have purchase through WP to my custom URL but not my blog saqibqayyum.wordpress.com to my custom URL?

Yes, you can effectively separate the two by setting your WordPress.com domain as the primary via Upgrades -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

In that case, you’ll need to create another WordPress.com blog for us to move the domain and the redirect to, essentially separating them from http://saqibqayyum1.wordpress.com/
