Redirect a page to another blog

  I want to create a new page on my new site called “Blog” and when someone clicks that name in the menu, it redirects them (in a new tab or window ideally) to my other blog. Does anyone know how to make that happen? Is it even possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
