Redirect does not work – Leads to 404 error pages

I have purchased the Site Redirect Upgrade, and it doesn’t work (never did). I have imported my former wordpress. com blog to my new self-hosted domain, and links to posts on the old (wordpress.com) domain leads to 404 error pages on the new domain – not to the posts’ new location. I have identified that the problem is that the redirect inserts the date in the name. Please help fix this (I wrote to you about it earlier – and never got a reply, that is not acceptable after purchasing your product). Thank you.
