Redirect doesn't seem to be working

Redirect that I paid for is not working. People still leave comments on my old site and sign up for the mailing list there. Do I have to buy a redirect for each page of my old site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The site that is supposed to be redirecting is wrightingwords.wordpress.com and the redirect should be taking people from there to wrightingwords.com.
