  I am trying to redirect my domain to the wordpress page but I cannot find this function at my wordpress.

  Hi! Did you purchase a Premium or Business Plan with WordPress.com? You’ll need one of those to get the Custom DNS feature. If you did purchase the upgrade, you should be able to get to the functions at https://designbylunablue/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
