Redirect domain to Flavors but retain blog

  Hi, I registered my domain name through wordpress but would now like to redirect it to a flavors.me page. However, I want to retain my blog and just want it to have the regular prettynewsongs.wordpress.com domain. The Flavors documentation says NOT to update the name servers but to update the A Record. Not seeing a way to do that. Help?

  Domains registered at WordPress do not have the option to change A record. If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.

  You can transfer the domain out to another registrar that allows A record change. This guide explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar.
