Redirect error google indexation

    Hi,

    This website has been up since may 2023. We are index on duckduck go and ecosia, but we can’t be found on google whatsoever.

    We tried requesting an indexation from google from the tool box, the test url live says that we can be indexed. I requested it but all it says is the “indexation not possible due to redirection error”. Nothing more. Can someone help me out with this?

    I’m not the most tech savyy person so this is quite new to me. Never had a priblem with my other website. I also don’t know what it means “redirection error”

    Your site is indexed by Google:

    If you mean appearing in results when searching for the keywords it is a SEO issue. You will want to check our documentation on that https://wordpress.com/en/support/seo/

    Additionally, you can start using a SEO plugin like Yoast SEO https://yoast.com/help/support/. You would need Creator plan to do that.

    Bear in mind that sometimes it is very hard to be at the top of the search if the keywords are very popular online.
