Redirect existing domain to my wordpress.com blog
-
I have registered a domain (workingsweng.com.br) and I would like to redirect it to my blog at WordPress.com (workingsweng.wordpress.com). I have alread defined as DNS ns1.wordpress.com, but when I access my domain, wordpress.com root page is loaded.
How can I redirect directly to my blog?
Blog url: http://workingsweng.wordpress.com/ -
I have already registered the domain http://www.workingsweng.com.br , but I’ve got the same result
-
I’ve just added a new zone record for that domain. Can you wait a few moments and then try updating your domain name servers once more?

I am trying to set the existing domain in my wordpress.com blog, but I continue to receive “Someone (maybe you?) already registered workingsweng.com.br, but the domain is not pointing to WordPress.com.”.
In my domain provider, I have configured the following DNSs:
http://www.workingsweng.com.br – CNAME – ns1.wordpress.com
blog.workingsweng.com.br – CNAME – ns2.wordpress.com
workingsweng.com.br – MX – ns3.wordpress.comIs that DNSs settings ok?
Am I expected to pay Domain Mapping upgrade before being allowed to add existing domains to my blog? -
Those settings won’t work.
You’ll need to change the name servers to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comThen, you can proceed with these instructions:
