Redirect Feature

One of my blogs is for a book I’m getting ready to publish, and I’d like to include links in the book to URLs that I can change if the URLs ever end up changing. So, I’d like the URLs to read:
mobileappmanual.com/mam1/
mobileappmanual.com/mam2/
etc…and be able to change where they point to on the fly. I’m wondering if a plugin is available for this type of functionality. If not, I guess I could just create a page and list out all the links there.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We cannot alter permalink structure on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access to our free hosted WorPress.com blogs and we bloggers can’t install plugins for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install plugins. Only those with WordPress.org installs can use plugins http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Or users with WP.com VIP accounts. I’m wondering if the “Enterprise” option allows plugins, or comparable services to VIP.
