redirect followers

Hi,
I have a new self hosted website http://litteravisigothica.com
I would like to redirect my by email followers from http://litteravisigothica.wordpress.com to my new URL so they will receive email updates as normal without having to sign up again on the new site.
How do I go about doing this?

First, let’s make sure Jetpack is installed correctly on your site. I’m receiving an error when I run your site through the debugger here:

It looks like the debugger is unable to reach your homepage. Do you happen to have any private site plugins installed?
Also, could you try to deactivate and re-activate Jetpack?

I have deactivated and reactivated Jetpack, without any problems. It seems that
