  how can i redirect people from my blogger blog to the wordpress blog?

  Put a note on the old blog?

  Unless you talk Blogger into a redirect there is no other way at all.

  Yes you can. When you import all of your old posts, a note will be left not only to allow people know where you’ve moved to, but also to promote WordPress. ;)
