  1. How do I set Redirect from “http://componentreviews.com/” to
     “http://www.componentreviews.com/”
  2. How can I install a Plugin? I have no the “Plugins” menu?

  2. there is no plugin for wp.com

  What do you mean self-host?
  I did not do anything except create blog in “wordpress.com”.
