Redirect Issue

  My Domain is: ‘theintimateball.co.uk’ Currently the http://www.theintimateball.co.uk/wp-admin seems to redirect to https://testintimateball.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https://testintimateball.wordpress.com/wp-admin/&reauth=1 So I can’t access the dashboard/back office for the actual website we want to modify – please can you advise?

  Hey there @carolinemackinnon!

  When you created a site I bet you set the blog address to be “testintimateball.wordpress.com”. This was done when you were first setting up your site. Then, you registered a custom domain (theintimateball.co.uk ) for “testintimateball.wordpress.com”.

  The Admin dashboard URL is always going to redirect to your original blog address that you first registered. This doesn’t mean that you’re in the wrong site.

  In your Admin area, hover over “My Sites” in the top left corner of the screen. What is the blog name and URL that you’re seeing right under the “My Sites” button?
