Redirect loop

  My website is stuck in a redirect loop. I purchased my own domain back in August, but I’ve been unable to use it as a primary domain. When I do, I get an error page, with ‘redirect loop’ written on it. I am obliged to use the non-expiring domain as my primary domain.

  Hi Sophie,

  After setting the domain as primary, you may need to empty your browser’s cache (directions: Browser Issues) since your browser retains the now-outdated information of what to do when you try to visit your domain name.

  It will naturally clear itself, typically, within a few hours, but emptying the cache will speed it up.
