Redirect loop

Hi, I was just wondering if someone could help me,
I have bought a domain through Godaddy and mapped to my WordPress blog. Something I have done three times before with other blogs without any problem.
This time it keeps coming up with a redirect loop, I contacted go daddy and they said everything was set up correctly with them, and I did find a link through WordPress to check everything was set up right on here and it said it was fine, but I’m still having problems with the domain.
Can anyone help? Not sure what to try next

Hello,
When I entered NorthUnitStudios.com in the domain validator, it says all is well. However, doing the same with northunitstudios.com gives an error message: You’ve set a different domain (NorthUnitStudios.com) as primary for northunitstudio.wordpress.com.The domain shouldn’t be case sensitive, but can you try changing your primary domain to all lowercase to see if that helps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#setting-the-primary-domain

Hi, I can’t seem to find where to go to let me change it. All I can see is my mapped domains and it only allows me to edit the DNS records, is that what I need to do?
I also tried to add a new domain just under the lowercase but it came up saying this domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog.

Hi there! From what I can tell, your name servers are set up correctly. Can you please contact GoDaddy and see if they have any insights?

Yes I had contacted them before hand but they said it was all fine, I will get hold of them again to see if there’s something they missed
