Redirect Loop Error for New Domain Mapping

  I have mapped a new Domain and the DNS is correct. I also set the correct CNAME by following this guide: https://support.bigcommerce.com/questions/1181/How+do+I+add+a+blog+to+my+site+using+WordPress%3F

  If I click on my blog.commercestorename.com domain link, it says there is a Redirect Loop Error
  Any help to get rid of this would be much appreciated.
