Redirect Nav Bar Page to Another Page

  Is it possible to create a page, which appears in the Navigation Bar at the top of the blog, and have that page redirect you to a post or a portfolio page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Nevermind, I found a way to do it without a redirect.
